I would like all my bollards to be keyed alike, is this possible?
Absolutely, just simply state this in the courier instructions when placing your order.
My product requires keys, is it possible to get extra copies of the key?
This isn’t a problem. Extra keys are available from our Sales Team who can be contacted at email@example.com or call 0844 567 8011 .
Can I pay by cheque or BACS?
We are able to accept cheque and BACS payments. If you want to do this please call our customer services team who can process your order for you – we do not accept cash however. Don’t forget, you can pay using your credit or debit card as well as paypal and Google checkout.

How are the products delivered?
When you order we will check any specific delivery instructions or restrictions and will try to accommodate all your requirements, typically our products are delivered on pallets by carrier service to kerbside.
How Long will delivery take?
See our product specifications for estimated delivery period, our staff will contact you with delivery information once ordered.
Can I choose a delivery time that suits me?
Yes when we contact you at point of delivery, you can specify an am or pm delivery on a date that suits you, weekend deliveries may incur surcharges.
What type of vehicle will the delivery arrive on?
Although we can’t fully specify the type of vehicle the delivery will arrive on we will always try to accommodate any special instructions.
Do you offer an installation / fitting service?
Yes we do offer our own installation service
Will my product require assembly or specialist installation?
Most products are fully assembled however a few of our products will require assembly, see our product specifications, following order a specification sheet will be sent to you detailing all assembly/installation instructions.
Can I obtain advice on Fitting and maintenance for my purchase?
Once your order is placed we will send you an acknowledgment of delivery date along with an operating and maintenance sheet for your chosen product.
I need help with installation of the products I ordered. What are costs of doing this?
